Registration Overview
Review important information about the CEW 2024 registration process

This year’s conference is a full in-person meeting. No other virtual attendance options are available.

Presenters must register by August 30th if they want to be included in the final program. Please note that the Science Committee is currently reviewing abstracts and notifications will go out to presenters by the end of July – we appreciate your patience!

We expect this CEW to be at capacity, and we may sell out. Please register early!

Early bird registration discounts are offered to those that register before August 23 afterwards regular prices for “late” registrations will be available. The last day for registration is Friday, September 20th.

The first 100 individuals to register as an early bird (regular or student) will be entered into a draw to win a prize!

If you have used Pheedloop before (i.e., 2024 abstract submission or attended CEW 2023), you will be prompted to log in. You can use the “one time login code” or “forgot my passcode”, both will help you regain access. Please use the same email address for registration that you used for submission of your abstract (if applicable) as this greatly helps tracking for our admin.

You can add CEW merchandise, short courses, and banquet tickets to your registration, or you can purchase those separately (but again please use the same email address where possible).

Refund policy: Refund minus $50 admin fee will be provided if registration is cancelled on or before September 6th. Refunds on registrations (does not include add-ons like merchandise) that are cancelled after September 6th will only be provided under very exceptional circumstances.

Full conference registration includes attendance at the conference Monday (full-day), Tuesday (full-day) and Wednesday (ends after lunch) and includes morning and afternoon refreshments as well as a lunch each day, Sunday evening reception and evening poster socials on Monday and Tuesday with light hors d’oeuvres provided.

One day registration includes refreshments and lunch on that respective day.

Full day short course (Introduction to Stream Sampling Methods) includes lunch and transportation to the field site from Crowne Plaza.

Accompanying persons are welcome at CEW and registration fees are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Children under 18 attend CEW for free but should also register. Please write to us at CEW2024KW@outlook.com.

THE CEW 2024 BANQUET
The Banquet is the highlight for many CEW attendees. Join us for an evening full of good food, great conversations, and entertainment on October 8th. Dinner will be a sit down plated dinner at the Crowne Plaza, followed by entertainment. Bring your dancing shoes!
